The Green Ambassadors

As the Keeping it Wild project finishes, the Guardians of Nature do not stop being social activists of nature, wildlife and green spaces in London, we are determined to be the Green Ambassadors of Shpresa Programme.

All the teams and the work we have done will continue, with the impact we had in our community and local spaces. We are proud to be Green Ambassadors and continue to represent Shpresa Programme in a green and eco-friendly journey. The Guardians of Nature are confident that we have educated and brought together many individuals and groups of our community. With the support of London Youth, London Wildlife Trust, Headliners UK and John Muir Trust we have created a project that we have really enjoyed. The Keeping it Wild project has inspired the Guardians of Nature to recycle, reuse and reduce, go out and explore London’s green spaces and advocate for more, healthier, and better green spaces, especially for young people.

Our Local Spaces

As part of our work as Green Ambassadors, we have participated in conversations with Newham Local Planning. Since many of us are based in East London, and Newham is a home of Shpresa Programme, it is very important that we are proud of our local spaces.

The Guardians of Nature of the Living in Harmony team have done a lot of work and social activism, especially in Stratford Park. Our work continues and focuses on:

Make our Parks Safer and Cleaner

Protect and Appreciate Wildlife

Young People in Social Activism
